Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to Bitz for a refund, provided that Bitz receives it within 15 days of original receipt by you the customer. You may return a single item from an order or the whole order. Returned products must be received in good saleable condition and all seals and/or original cellowrapping must be intact & unbroken. A letter containing your contact details, the original order number and reason for return should be enclosed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the goods only. No refunds will be made for any delivery charges paid except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. We regret we cannot accept the return of earrings for health & hygene reasons unless of course they are faulty.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card on which they were purchased.

Return of Faulty, Damaged or Wrongly Supplied Goods.

Before returning any faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods please email Bitz at sales@bitzonline.co.uk stating the original order number and the problem. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for the return of the goods.

Bitz requests that when returning goods for whatever reason, you use registered post or recorded delivery and that you retain such proof of postage for verification purposes in case of loss.
