About Bitz

Bitz is a family owned and operated chain of variety stores based in Devon & Dorset. Founded in 1989 by husband & wife team Nigel & Sandra Richards the chain has grown steadily over the years. Our high street locations vary in size between 2000 & 3000 square feet. We offer a variety of product ranges with value for money being our watch words. Having identified the internet as an important additional way in which to bring our popular retailing experience to a wider public, we have launched our Christmas & Toy shop in early November 2007. Product ranges to be added shortly will include budget stationery, children’s character products, gift wrapping, party - tableware and novelty products plus costume jewellery. From August 2008 we will also be offering our full range of greeting cards priced competitively at just 99p for our largest cards to 29p for our standard sized cards. Our greeting card offering consists of top quality cards featuring full embossing plus gold, silver or colour blocking, many with full colour paged inserts. We have a superb range of hand finished cards all priced at 99p or less. All of our cards are produced by household name publishers based in the United Kingdom. We hope you will be as excited by our new web site, product ranges and service as we are.
